Aiman

Aiman is an independent hip-hop artist whose music blends raw lyricism, atmospheric production, R&B textures, and a strong emphasis on storytelling. Born in Queens, New York, and raised in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, he later spent time in Philadelphia before moving to Los Angeles, where he continued developing his sound and identity as an artist.

His introduction to rap began unexpectedly through a high-school history project, which turned into an early creative outlet and eventually into a serious commitment to music. Over time, Aiman moved from rapping over YouTube beats to building full projects that reflect different emotional chapters of his life.

Influenced by artists including Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Travis Scott, and J. Cole, Aiman approaches each release as its own era. His music can shift from introspective and cinematic to aggressive and experimental, but the throughline is always personal writing and a desire to create a distinct emotional world around each project.

His project “SO HELP ME GOD” pushed that approach into darker territory, pairing an industrial edge with themes of grief, spirituality, ambition, and internal conflict. The seven-track release was structured around the seven deadly sins and also became deeply personal after the loss of a close friend and creative collaborator whose guitar work remained part of the project.

Aiman has continued expanding that world through projects including “for i am lost” and the collaborative tape “Weed & Fashion” with Yayo Ant. Rather than locking himself into one version of hip hop, he treats each project as a new chapter, using changes in production, mood, and writing style to reflect where he is creatively and emotionally at the time.

At the center of Aiman’s work is storytelling. Whether the music is dark, melodic, reflective, or aggressive, his goal is to create something that feels immersive, personal, and different from the last thing he made.
