Gerasin is the artistic electronic dance music identity of Will Gerasin, a Los Angeles-based creative director, music producer, composer, and singer-songwriter. His sound moves across Future House, Deep House, Electro Bass, Progressive and Slap House, Melodic Drum & Bass, Synthwave, and Retrowave, combining atmospheric synths and deep basslines into immersive, film-like experiences.
Will’s background in heavier metalcore, along with his formal education in film, directly shapes the way he approaches production. Each track is treated like a scene, where emotional tension, cinematic structure, and heavy drops are designed to work together rather than exist as separate elements.
Working independently, Will writes, produces, sings, mixes, and designs every release. That independence also extends to gerasin Records, founded on the belief that artists should own their art and their masters. Even the lowercase styling of “gerasin” and “gerasin Records” reflects that philosophy: all letters are equal, rejecting hierarchy and ego.
To house the broader creative ecosystem, Will launched Gerasin Media Group, an independent studio uniting music, visual storytelling, apparel, and education. He oversees the full aesthetic direction, guided by a signature palette of platinum on deep-space gray accented with cyan.
Operating with what he describes as “the quiet exactness of a Swiss-made movement,” Will Gerasin approaches the project as world-building rather than branding. The goal is to create a universe where sound becomes feeling — something designed not only to be heard, but to be lived.
